Një prokurore e Krimeve të Rënda në Prishtinë, Shemsije Asllani, pretendohet se dëgjohet deri sa tregon për ushtrimin e ndikimit të saj dhe zgjedhjen e personave në pozita të caktuara.

Në bisedat e publikuara në median online “Shqip.com”, prokurorja pretendon se ka miq në Agjencinë Kosovare e Inteligjencës, gjyqtarë e institucione të tjera, të cilët e mbrojnë.

Ndërsa, Prokuroria e Shtetit po vazhdon të heshtë rreth përmbajtjes së audio-incizimeve të publikuara javën e kaluar, të cilat pretendohen se janë audio-incizime të vitit të kaluar.

Media online “Shqip.com” më 30 korrik publikoi një audio- inicizim më shumë se 10-minutësh deri sa pretendohet se dëgjohet prokurorja Asllani deri sa flet me një person për zgjidhjen e një rasti të këtij të fundit.

Në audio-incizimet që pretendohet të jetë prokurorja Asllani dëgjohet teksa nuk heziton të ndajë informacione se çka po ndodh brenda sistemit prokurorial dhe ndikimin e saj edhe në zgjedhjen e një gjyqtari ndërsa dëgjon informacione rreth saj nga bashkëbiseduesi se kinse ajo është e përfshirë në dosjen hetimore të Kryeprokurorit të Shtetit, Aleksandër Lumezit, hetimin e të cilit po e kryejnë siç pretendohet në raportimet e medias online nga disa ndërkombëtarë.

Biseda, sipas “Shqip.com”, është më shumë se 40 minuta dhe diskutimi pretendohet se bëhet mes prokurores Asllani dhe një personi tjetër i cili e kishte telefonuar prokuroren në lidhje me një veturë që ia kishin konfiskuar pa të drejtë dhe për këtë e kishte bërë përgjegjës Lumezin.

Sipas audio-incizimeve në të cilat pretendohet se është përfshirë prokurorja Asllani, në fillim të bisedës thekson se telefonata i duket e panevojshme, por më pas i shtohet interesi, kur dëgjon se telefonuesi ka informacione sekrete për të dhe për kryeprokurorin Lumezi.

“Tha na jemi t’u e hetu, t’u e hetu na jemi Lumezin që nja 3-4 vjet, tha. Për korrupsion, për seksualitet – më fal në shprehje… Edhe për përdorje të kokainit”, dëgjohet biseda e telefonuesit që pretendohet se e ka realizuar me prokuroren Asllani.

“Do me thanë Shemsije, unë emrin tond e kam pa aty. I kam pa nja 80 foto, i kam pa aty ma s’pakti”, i thotë telefonuesi, ndërsa prokurorja i kundërpërgjigjet “edhe temin a?”.

Telefonuesi vazhdon t’i tregojë prokurores se ka parë dëshmi e fotografi në oborrin e shtëpisë së saj ku dukej edhe kryeprokurori Lumezi siç pretendohet me një person tjetër.

Brenda raportimit të “Shqip” përmendet edhe një ndërhyrje e prokurores Asllani në AKI.

Këtë ndërhyrje Asllani pretendohet se e ka përmendur deri sa kishte treguar se interesimi i saj për lëndën e personit me të cilin flet mund të jetë shkelje e kodit të etikës, ushtrim ndikimi, shkelje të integritetit.

Pasi i rikthehen temës së problemit ligjor që kishte personi i cili bisedon me prokuroren Asllani, kjo e fundit i tregon se menjëherë ishte interesuar për të edhe në AKI.

“Menihere për në AKI kur më tha X (emër i njohur për redaksinë) për me fol, unë fola në AKI. I kam miqtë, i kam njerëzit që më ruajnë”, tregon ajo të jetë interesuar për rastin e këtij personi edhe në Agjencinë Kosovare të Inteligjencës.

Kjo çështje pritet të diskutohet edhe në mbledhjen e radhës së Komisionit për Mbikëqyrjen e Agjencisë Kosovare të Inteligjencës. Kështu të paktën ka thënë në një deklaratë për KALLXO.com zëvendëskryetari i këtij Komisioni, Sali Zyba.

Që nga publikimi i parë i këtyre përgjimeve kanë kaluar pesë ditë ndërsa Prokuroria e Shtetit nuk ka dhënë asnjë sqarim zyrtar në lidhje me pretendimet për përfshirjen e prokurores Shemsije Asllani në këto audio-incizime e as për verifikimin e vërtetësisë së tyre.

Dy audio-inicizme të reja janë publikuar nga “Shqip.com” gjatë ditës së djeshme dhe të sotme në të cilat pretendohet se i përfshirë është drejtori i Agjencisë së Inteligjencës Financiare, Dardan Nuhiu, deri sa me një telefonues flet se si po planifikon të kapë media të fuqishme në Kosovë e më pas t’i përdorë për shantazhe në raste të ndryshme.

“Unë besoj që për nja, krye 2 vjete unë i kapi krejt qeto ma t’fortat që jonë, jom n’krye unë. A po kupton? E tani zgjedh. Zgjedh ku don me shku. Ose çiftin tënd për shembull. Ty po t’ngucin? Po. Ja lëshoj mediat pse po e ngucni njerin”, dëgjohet deri sa thotë Nuhiu në këto incizime që janë publikuar nga “Shqip.com”.

Me kapjen e mediave në Kosovë, sipas audio-incizimeve, pretendohet se Nuhiu mendon të shantazhojë zyrtarët publikë në rast se nuk i përshtaten në punën e tij.

Nuhiu e ka parë, siç thotë ai, se si të tjerë që kontrollojnë media i “plaçkisin” politikanët, prandaj përse të mos e bëjë vetë.

“Çiftin e atij katolikut (Aleksandër Lumezin) për shembull, qata unë sa t’i kapi, kur t’i kapi ia nshoj gjinen atina. Veç i thom po ……. po, ani preke qeto e une t’kallxoj knena”, thuhet në njërën nga deklaratat që jep Nuhiu gjatë bisedës me telefonuesin, raportoi “Shqip.com”.

Edhe për këto publikime, KALLXO.com gjatë gjithë ditës së sotme ka kërkuar sqarime nga Nuhiu, Ministria e Financave, Agjencia e Inteligjencës Financiare por të njëjtit deri në publikim të këtij shkrimi nuk kanë kthyer përgjigje si dhe nuk kanë treguar nëse të njëjtit kanë filluar të trajtojnë vërtetësinë e këtyre bisedave.

Pas pyetjeve të KALLXO.com, ministri i Financave Hekuran Murati në një postim në Facebook ka shkruar se kanë shkarkuar Dardan Nuhiun.

“Pas shqyrtimit të audioincizimeve të publikuara në media dje e sot, të cilat implikojnë Drejtorin e Njësisë për Inteligjencë Financiare, Bordi Mbikëqyrës, në mbledhjen e mbajtur sot, morri vendim që të njëjtin ta shkarkojë me efekt të menjëhershëm”, ka shkruar Murati në Facebook.

Rreth këtyre përgjimeve më 31 korrik ka reaguar zëvëndësministri i Drejtësisë, Blerim Sallahu.

Sallahu ka reaguar pasi ndaj këtyre publikimeve nuk ka pasur asnjë nismë nga sistemi i drejtësisë që nga dita e djeshme.

Sipas Sallahut, prokurorët dhe gjyqtarët duhet të kenë edhe integritet moral por edhe profesional dhe çfarëdo veprimi që cenon integritetin duhet të ndëshkohet.

Sipas tij “vetingu në sistemin e drejtësisë nuk ka alternativë”.

“Në vendin tonë kemi parë më herët afera si ajo ‘’Pronto’’ që ka qenë ndër skandalet më të mëdha në Kosovën e pasluftës me ç’rast kemi parë ndikimin e madh të pushtetit veçanërisht në sistemin e drejtësisë. Çdo ditë e më shumë po dëshmohet se vetingu në sistemin e drejtësisë nuk ka alternativë. Vetëm përmes vetingut ne mund të sigurojmë që brenda sistemit të drejtësisë do të ketë vetëm njerëz që i binden ligjit dhe jo ndikimeve e as shantazheve a kërcënimeve. Ne i bëjmë thirrje këshillave përkatës të mos qëndrojnë të heshtur por të ndërmarrin veprime në përputhje me kompetencat”, ka shkruar Sallahu.

Gjatë ditës së djeshme, ministrja e Drejtësisë, Albulena Haxhiu, ka thënë se duhet të vërtetohet autenticiteti i përgjimeve ndërsa shtoi se të gjithë të përfshirët duhet të japin përgjegjësi.

Haxhiu gjithshtu shtoi se gjatë këtyre ditëve përveç KALLXO.com asnjë institucion përgjegjës e as nga shoqëria civile nuk ka reaguar ndaj këtij rasti.

“Të premten e javës që shkoi u publikua përgjimi i parë i paralajmëruar me ç’rast protagoniste ishte njëra prej prokuroreve të Prokurorisë Themelore në Prishtinë. Për gjithë këto ditë nuk pamë asnjë reagim të institucioneve përgjegjëse e as personave në fjalë. Madje, as medias, (përveç kallxo ) e shoqërisë civile. Ndaj aferave të tilla si shoqëri gjithnjë kemi reaguar zëshëm, por as sot nuk patëm ndonjë reagim kur u publikua edhe përgjimi tjetër poaq problematik. Madje kaloi tërësisht në heshtje”, tha ajo.

The Shefit sports bra is taking over TikTok

In a recently posted TikTok, Mikayla Nogueira, who has 5.7 million followers and is typically known for glam makeup looks, jumps up and down in a sports bra. Not just any sports bra, though — the Shefit Ultimate Sports Bra. It’s “on my FYP every single day,” Nogueira says in the clip.

The bra in question is $69 and features special zip, cinch and lift technology, which, according to the brand’s website allows the wearer to “personalize your fit and control your level of support.”

Mikayla demos the bra, exclaiming in the Boston accent she’s now known for, “I finally said fuck this, I’m just gonna buy it. Never in my life would I spend $70 on a sports bra, but the way they make them titties not move, I had to,” she said before demonstrating a bend-and-snap in the bra. The video has 4.3 million likes and over 21,000 comments.

TikTok user Janette Ok (aka Inmyseams,1.6 million followers) bought the bra in the same trendy lime green hue as Nogueira. “I tell you, I didn’t just walk, but I ran to that website to try and review this for you.” She tries it on, jumps up and down, and says, “Girls are not going anywhere.” The video has over half a million likes.

It’s hard to imagine a trend like this taking off on Instagram, or among millennials. It is, after all, Gen Z that has paved the way for a more no-holds-barred approach to social media, one in which jumping up and down in a sports bra (at any size) is not only acceptable but applauded. TikTokers like Remi Bader have normalized calling out when things don’t fit.

The Shefit bra fits cup sizes from A-I, making it one of the more inclusive options on the market.

User Kylie Shariff (@equestrianstrong on Tiktok) filmed a video addressing the fact that she’s often asked about the most supportive bras for horseback riding. She notes that she likes the Shefit, but layers it over another sports bra, “but that is because I am a 44M,” she said. The hashtags on her video include #plussizeequestrian, #equestrianstrong, #bekind and #supportivebra. In her TikTok on the style, user @qkadar2001_mommyof2 says that she made the video because, “I always see the girls with small boobs doing it, never a heavy chested girl.” She used the hashtag #torridfashion. (In the video, she is wearing leggings from Torrid, and the hashtag would, of course, show the video to other users interested in plus-size fashion.)

In video after video, a diverse array of TikTokers demonstrate the brand’s signature three-step process and then jump up and down in the bra. User @paigechappel said she bought it to see if it works for “everybody, on every chest.” In addition to the “Zip. Cinch. Lift” technology, the size inclusivity is part of why the brand is resonating.

It’s Shefit founder Sara Moylan’s intention to prioritize product function over fashion and to remain accessible to women of any size. “I don’t care if she’s a [size] 0 or 24. [With our products,] she’s gonna pay the same price as anybody else, and her product is going to look just like the other sizes,” Moylan said. “I work out six times a week, and it is not easy. It is discipline. When somebody goes to work out, they want to feel like the shit — confident, sexy, strong, in control. They are the ones who pick how far they go.” Other bras have been holding women back, Moylan said.

Many users, including Nogueira, stitched the video with another one by the brand, which is rare — organic brand content taking off is not common on TikTok. And yet, in this case, the video in question has 6.8 million views. It’s captioned: “When your boobs finally feel what no bounce feels like with Zip. Cinch. Lift.” The uniquely visual element (particularly of the lifting step, where the wearer pulls back the straps and literally lifts the breasts) is undoubtedly part of the bra’s success on the platform — and with major influencers jumping up and down in their sports bras, the bra is likely selling more than ever. When Glossy reached out to the brand, the website warned that inquiry volumes are higher than usual and to expect a delayed response.

Shefit first received attention when Sara Moylan pitched her idea for the brand on “Shark Tank” in 2016. Now, Tiktok has exposed the brand to a wider (and younger) audience. It was Moylan’s four daughters who encouraged her to do more on the platform. Shefit has not put any money behind its TikToks, said Moylan.

“The recent virality on TikTok has driven high-quality site visits from that channel to Shefit.com, with [number of visits] in the six figures over the last few weeks, which converted at a surprising rate,” said CMO Erik Lautier.

Needless to say, “Things are very busy. We’re growing insanely fast,” Moylan said.
