Twitter users are mercilessly mocking a pair of ankle boots that luxury designer Balenciaga is selling for $1,490, calling the bizarre design ‘hideous’ and insisting they would only fit on witches' feet.
The upscale brand is known for turning out fashionable clothing and accessories worn by A-listers, but internet users are not so impressed with one of its newest designs.
The corset leather ankle boots, which are listed for $1,490 on Net-a-Porter, have Twitter users making comparisons to evil animated characters and ridiculing the brand with laughing emojis.
