Oris Aquis Date Cherry Dial Edition
Oris recently introduced an Aquis dive watch with a unique cherry red sunray dial and matte stainless steel unidirectional bezel.
The Aquis Date Cherry Dial Edition features the standard 41.5 mm case and a screw-locked crown and crown guards keep the crown from being inadvertently unlocked or adjusted while underwater. A screw-locked caseback with mineral crystal affords a view of the Sellita-based 4Hz automatic movement. The front is protected by a slightly raised sapphire crystal. Water-resistance is rated to 300 meters.
While the movement is not the new in-house caliber 400 we did a Technical Review of, it’s reliable and keeps the cost down (it’s at least $1,200 more for the in-house equipped Aquis dive watch references). It’s worth noting, that the case of the Aquis Date — without the Oris caliber 400 — measures 2 mm less than the in-house variant.
In addition to the interesting “cherry red” dial, with applied indices, lollipop center seconds hand, and date at 6 o]’clock — the bezel features a distinctive matte steel insert, with a raised and polished dive scale, similar to the aesthetic seen on Rolex’s Yachtmaster.

開春新象 勞力士續任2021澳洲網球公開賽指定時計 新世代選手同場爭光
在歷經疫情磨難的2020之後，2021年的澳洲網球公開賽（Australian Open）已於日前開打，並於近日逐漸邁入準決賽的高峰時刻。回顧2020，六月底的溫布敦公開賽直接取消、法國網球公開賽延至九月底，原本年底的美網則首度改變成為年度第二個大滿貫賽事。但不變的是：自2008年以降，勞力士（ROLEX）持續擔任澳洲網球公開賽的聯合贊助商與大會指定時計。
儘管勞力士代言人、傳奇現役名將羅傑費德勒（Roger Federer）將首次缺席今年澳網，但本次澳洲網球公開賽仍有不少身為勞力士品牌代言人的新一代好手在今年參賽，相繼為時代再寫新頁。例如2020年拿下美國網球公開賽冠軍的Dominic Thiem，以強悍的反手擊球技巧及勢大力沉的正手打法，目前位於世界第三。Dominic Thiem曾在2020年闖入澳網決賽，苦戰五局後與冠軍失之交臂，但他在去年九月拿下另一項大滿貫賽事：美網（US OPEN）冠軍時，配戴上2019年新款的Yacht-Master 42白金腕表，也拿下職涯首個大滿貫賽事獎盃，更是今年澳網的熱門亮點之一。
來自波蘭的女性選手Iga Swiatek則同樣在2020年寫下職業生涯最佳紀錄。她在2020年的法國網球公開賽（Roland-Garros）一鳴驚人，以全程比賽未失一盤的成績摘下甜美的桂冠，並以年僅19歲之姿，成為首位贏得大滿貫單打冠軍的波蘭選手，是波蘭之光、更是體壇的明日嬌點，目前世界排名第17位，也是她個人職涯最高名次。更有外國女子網球論壇以「A Rolex on her wrist reminds Iga Swiatek how far she’s come」為標題，點名她手上的勞力士與成為勞力士品牌代言人一事，反映了她一路以來的驕傲成就。
