名媛孫芸芸近日防疫在家，不時與粉絲分享她創作的YUN YUN SUN首飾新品，並配上多個象徵好運的標語項鍊，希望藉由飾品穿搭傳遞正能量，雖然宅在家，她的精品新鮮貨仍沒少，亮出PRADA重新回歸的Galleria經典包，手腕上要價超過400萬元的勞力士（Rolex）也跟著搶鏡頭。

孫芸芸示範的PRADA黑色Galleria經典包，最早於2007年推出，擁有簡潔俐落的直線型線條，讓人聯想起中世紀流行的框架手提包及藥學風格手提包，但可不是只能與優雅套裝搭配，她穿上休閒感的迷你褲裝露出修長美腿抱著新包，也能成功贏得目光。

更吸引人是孫芸芸戴著三個手環，疊搭勞力士Oyster Perpetual Day-Date 36 Ref. 128349RBR，面盤與錶圈鑲滿璀璨美鑽，除了12時星期與3時位置的日期窗外，其他10個時標均由彩虹漸變色藍寶石裝飾，而三格拱形的元首型（President）錶帶，中央排同樣鑲嵌鑽石，相當華麗。

adidas 向 Thom Browne 提出「條紋」商標侵權訴訟

根據 The Fashion Law 報導指出，adidas 近日正式向 Thom Browne 提出商標侵權訴訟，主軸自然是其標誌性的 Three Stripes 徽標。

「儘管 Thom Browne 深知 Three Stripes 的商標權，但他們仍然將其產品線擴展至遠超正裝及商務服裝的範疇。Thom Browne 當前正在販售具有兩條、三條、四條平行條紋的運動風格服裝和鞋款，與 adidas 旗下 Three Stripes 商標有著令人迷惑的高度相似。」adidas 更宣稱 Thom Browne 正從 Three Stripes 商標具有「廣泛名聲與巨大公眾認可度」和「極其珍貴的商譽」中獲利。

除此之外，adidas 還指出 Thom Browne 的模仿條紋設計會引起消費者混淆並造成其來源、贊助、連結與從屬關係的欺瞞，此舉對 adidas 造成無可挽回的傷害。而此次也非 adidas 首次針對商標提起訴訟，過去還曾控訴過 J. Crew、Juicy Couture、Tesla 和 Forever 21 等品牌，有興趣的讀者不妨多加留意。
