Popular 19-year-old Grammy-winning singer Billie Eilish had everyone talking this week when she revealed her Vogue cover shot on Instagram.

Eilish graces the cover of British Vogue’s June 2021 issue and for the shoot she is wearing a custom corset dress by Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood, stockings by Dior and a suspender belt by Croatian brand Coco’s Retro Closet.

Coco’s Retro Closet is the brand of Gordana Lakić based in Čakovec, Croatia, which manufactures and sells handmade modern retro lingerie as garter belts, girdles, matching bras and panties.

Gordana is a seamstress with over 20 years sewing experience and has a successful shop on Etsy.

The Brits is a night dedicated to highlighting the best in British and international music, and, last night’s awards most certainly did that. From Little Mix’s history-making win to Dua Lipa sweeping up two awards, all of our favourite artists were honoured in a truly celebratory manner. And, while the achievements born out of the night were exciting enough, making the night all the more iconic was the fashion. From Harry Styles in a retro-infused Gucci suit to Little Mix’s angelic coordinated display and Dua Lipa’s Vivienne Westwood getup, the artists of the night took to the Brits red carpet in a truly fashionable form. Take a look below at all of our favourite looks from the night….

The most major looks served on the Brits red carpet, including Dua Lipa channelling Amy Winehouse (!!!)

The Brit Awards 2021 kicked off at the O2 Arena in London on Tuesday night with some of the biggest stars in music arriving on the red carpet and serving some serious looks.

Triple-nominated Dua Lipa – who is up for best album, best song and best female artist – was the first to arrive on the Brits red carpet. Wearing a golden Vivienne Westwood gown with a plunging neckline and sweeping train, paired with black stockings, chunky lace-up heels and a stunning three-row pearl choker (also by Vivienne Westwood). Many were quick to point out that the 25-year-old singer seems to have drawn inspo from the late Amy Winehouse, by rocking a retro beehive hairstyle and a more grungy aesthetic.

Brits 2021: Everything you need to know about the Brit Awards this year as more women and non-white artists are nominated Brit Awards Brits 2021: Everything you need to know about the Brit Awards this year as more women and non-white artists are nominated

This year’s Brits is a landmark event, bringing back the joy of live music during a global pandemic. Live music venues have had their doors closed for 14 months due to COVID restrictions, but tonight, the O2 was operating at around a fifth of its capacity with an audience of 4,000, without face masks or social distancing measures.

And this isn’t the first sensational red carpet we’ve been treated to this year, despite things being heavily virtual. From Anya Taylor-Joy in custom Dior Haute Couture at the Golden Globes, to Lizzo’s epic double Balmain gowns at the Grammys, Phoebe Dynevor’s off-the-shoulder Louis Vuitton look at the BAFTAs and Zendaya’s bright yellow Valentino Haute Couture show-stopper at the Oscars, awards season this year has served some incredible fashion inspo.

So when we say tonight’s Brits may be our favourite red carpet of the whole year, you just know it’s spectacularly good.
