In case you missed it, squishy pouch bags are back, and all our favorite celebrities can’t stop wearing them. Louis Vuitton released its Coussin bag during its spring/summer 2021 collection with models carrying different sizes while walking down the runway. Louis Vuitton’s Creative Director Nicolas Ghesquière is the visionary behind the covetable bag, and we’re officially dubbing it the It bag of the season.
The sold-out $3,550 bag comes in a pillowy silhouette, which is pretty appropriate since “coussin” translates to “cushion.” The plush bag reminds us of a modern version of Bottega Veneta’s The Pouch bag, and LV’s iteration has all the features we’re looking for in a new accessory. It’s soft, spacious, and embossed with LV’s iconic monogram, and it comes with a chain-link detail that adds some edge. Plus, the bag comes in vibrant colors ranging from neon green (Selena Gomez and Dua Lipa both have it in this color!) to a solid white color, which Millie Bobby Brown is a fan of. The bag comes in two sizes — Coussin MM, the smaller version, and Coussin PM, which is the bigger version.
