阿凡達來的豬!網見這張照片被嚇傻 驚問「豬也會瘀青?」
許多人居家防疫減少外食,改在家自行準備三餐,不過就有一名網友在PTT發文表示,今天乖乖在家不亂跑,於是煮了火鍋當宵夜,沒想到放入鍋中的豬肉片竟然有一部份呈現「藍色」的,原PO第一次遇到這種狀況,讓他嚇得直呼「這樣還能吃嗎?」
原PO見狀不敢再繼續食用,「怕爆…先把有藍色的部位挑掉,其他部分不知道吃了會怎樣」,從照片看來,豬肉片大部分面積都已經煮熟,但肉片邊緣卻有一塊明顯的淺藍色斑塊,實在不尋常。照片曝光後,許多也是第一次見到這等奇觀的網友們紛紛歪樓留言,「牠只是撞到膝蓋瘀青」、「阿凡達來的豬嗎?」、「藍帶豬排,懂?」、「原來法國藍帶豬排長這樣」、「色違梅花豬,還不快丟寶貝球」、「這頭豬瘀青?」
留言區蓋起高樓,卻沒有任何一位網友能夠解釋原因;其中,多數網友猜測應該是豬肉認證的標章蓋印,但有人就認為通常豬販都會把蓋印處切除再販賣,且蓋印部分在表皮,而非一般食用的肉片部分。
常見肉類烹煮後變色的情況應屬牛肉,根據農委會資料顯示,牛肉含有微量金屬元素,因此有時呈現綠色屬於正常物理現象,但肉品若遭到生物汙染,同時也會呈現綠色且伴隨不良氣味、黏液等現象。
